My Story

Change has always been a part of my journey. Moving to Australia with my family at a young age opened up a world of opportunities and shaped my perspective on growth and resilience. I grew up in Melbourne, though I now call Brisbane home. My sense of adventure has taken me across the world, seen me jump out of planes, and watched the sun rise from mountain tops.

Along the way, I realised that transitions aren't just about strategy—they require clarity, confidence, and the right support. That's why I created Sapphire Phenix—to help others move through change with confidence and feel empowered to transform and thrive.

With qualifications in business, psychology, and social work, and currently working towards my International Coaching Federation (ICF) accreditation, I bring a holistic approach to career and personal growth. My work is all about guiding people to uncover what truly matters to them—so they can live a balanced, fulfilling life that aligns with their values and aspirations.

When I’m not coaching, you will find me exploring new places, getting lost in a fantasy book, or enjoying a good conversation over coffee.
